With the fluid situation we are in, it is comforting to know that generally, our life insurance providers have confirmed that the COVID-19 is included, subject to their policy terms and condition. Please do get in touch with your Technical Representative on this matter or drop us a message on the email provided. As social distancing is being practiced, we may be able to discuss with you further using the usual app you are using or through teleconferencing.
As mentioned on our message to you a couple of weeks ago, please do opt for the online access facility in getting updates for some of our providers directly from their official website. Your servicing/financial consultant may further assist. Also, general claims relating to COVID-19 for clients who have an existing
life and health insurances are covered, subject to completed and acceptable requirements.
Again, if there are further developments, we will communicate with you again before 15 April 2020.
